I kinda wished that I now went with Solent.Social instead of Southampton.Social

A lot shorted, as well as expanding to the ranges of places like Portsmouth and the Isle of Wight (both places I have stated we accept users from)

Just got our #MastoInstance switched over to #Cloudflare fronting of our existing #BackBlaze #B2 #S3 bucket. Free egress for all media when you run B2 -> Cloudflare. Pretty slick. Best instructions I found so far: https://techbits.io/free-s3-egress-backblaze-b2-cloudflare/

Just a VERY important tidbit (somewhat alluded to in the comments) We had S3 working without the S3_ALIAS_HOST variable. But without it, #Mastodon kept including the bucket name in the path. Set it to your subdomain.domain.com/bucket_name and it works!

I think i may have messed up my cache at some point, because all of the profile headers are missing, and they don't get fetched.

I tried to "remove" them with
RAILS_ENV=production /home/mastodon/live/bin/tootctl media remove --remove-headers --include-follows --days 0; to see if that would re-fetch them, with no luck.

If anyone has any idea what it could be, that would be great.

P.S.: local headers load just fine, ofc
