@Piloot Ja, inderdaad. Ze hebben er meer gebruikers bij gekregen, dus ze beschrijven het als groeistuipen. Jouw server gaat nauwelijks down.
Uit de beschrijving van #mastodonworld maakte ik op dat gevoelige politieke / maatschappelijke onderwerpen zonder warning je een berisping of schorsing kunnen opleveren:
"Do not post about inflammatory, controversial subjects without a Content Warning." 🤔

Update: #mastodonworld seems to be regulated by the same people as mstdn.social (through a dutch 'stichting') So they will probably have Lokjo on the blocklist too. Not sure if to ask for clarification there or not, since I've allready tried many times to get any answer from mstdn.social with zero results.

It seems the spammers that have been creating accounts at #MastodonWorld have moved to #InfosecExchange. Luckily they had actually already banned the account by the time I got to looking at the report.

The regular creation of spam accounts on #MastodonWorld, and the hassle of then reporting those posts and forwarding them over, has led me to expanding my rudimentary spam detection script to also include rudimentary regex comparison of potential spam account posts, for automatically attaching and forwarding.
Now I just get to build up a collection of regex expressions to check against.

@paul Hopefully Mastodon.world can get their moderation a little more on point, or something. Every day now I'm having to forward reports of spammers to them.
