Am Freitag mal spontan meine 400 Meter Bestzeit um fünf (!) Sekunden verbessert und gestern mein Volkslauf in St. Georgen lief es auch ganz passabel. 10km #Residenzlauf in #SchlossNeuhaus lief für mich super. Bin mit 57:55min unter meinem Ziel von 60min geblieben und als Hobbyläufer damit sehr zufrieden. Wetter hat genau gepasst und die Strecke rund um den #Lippesee und durch den #Schlosspark ist auch sehr schön. Hat Spaß gemacht. Vielleicht laufe ich da auch nächstes Jahr wieder mit. #running #laufen #mastodonrunners #10k #owl
