OMG - I'm going to do a HM near #Taitung #Taiwan and after the run I can jump right into the hot springs :)
Was a long process of finding the "right" #run but in the end the friendly answer by the organizers, easy to reach by train and bus and a number of nearby hotels were decisive. Also the route looks stunning.

Am Freitag mal spontan meine 400 Meter Bestzeit um fünf (!) Sekunden verbessert und gestern mein Volkslauf in St. Georgen lief es auch ganz passabel.
