So, den #Insellauf 2026 habe ich heute mit PB erfolgreich hinter mich gebracht. Hatte etwas Huddel bei der Anmeldung, weil ich das schön vor mir hergeschoben hatte. Bisher war eine Nachmeldung immer problemlos möglich, aber dieses Jahr war wohl so richtig ausverkauft mit Teilnehmerrekord. Habe vom krankheitsbedingten Ausfall eines Bekannten einer Bekannten eines Bekannten profitiert. 😎

Passend dazu war bei mir bereits heute #NewShoeDay. Passt wie angegossen. Von der Seite stünde einer Attacke auf die PB eigentlich nichts im Wege.

OMG - I'm going to do a HM near #Taitung #Taiwan and after the run I can jump right into the hot springs :)
Was a long process of finding the "right" #run but in the end the friendly answer by the organizers, easy to reach by train and bus and a number of nearby hotels were decisive. Also the route looks stunning.
