The other day, Monday, I disturbed a lively yellowjacket nest---serves me right for not noticing them coming and going in my garden border...

They flew at my socks and I have 17 stings between each leg and a few on my hip and maybe on on my arm.

I also nearly impaled my head on a pole as I was running away.

The question: Ever since then, I have been itching al over. I have a patch of what feels like a rash, but not where I was stung. Is my body detoxifying all those stings? Stings were two days ago.

I've looked through pages of image search results. Poured through eBay. Toured the #vintageTech & #portableSound articles & forums.

I mocked up what I remember. Device was this rounded, pear-ish shape. That soft matte black plastic. Screen on the top. Had buttons on the top edges. I think there was an SD slot at the bottom. Maybe buttons on front below screen?

Any insight?

Who remembers a feature in the NME about Groupies? I think it might have included an interview with Pamela De Barres, but there was more. I’m trying to get a rough date for it.
I used to have several years worth of back copies from that time, including that issue, but they got lost in a house move.
