This is also the case for several #ActivityPub compatible parts of the Fediverse. Check in the "issue" lists for the packages' git repositories and upvote the priority?
For the moment we should add this to a #FediverseFAQ + #MastodonFAQ :
option (1) = copy URL into your instance's search feature and hit <enter>
option (2) = browser:
https://MYINSTANCEDOMAINNAME/authorize_interaction?uri=TOOTURL
but substitute for MYINSTANCEDOMAINNAME and TOOTURL (thanks: @tusooa)

Had a good conversation about #Mastodon at the NP Dev Summit.
A few questions I couldn't answer,
* Can an instance block a single user from another instance?
* Once a user is banned from an instance, is it true they can't migrate that account to another instance since the account is shut down? -
Can you only #follow #hashtags on certain servers? Or using certain apps? I'm not having any joy working out how to do it. #MastodonFAQ

Help! Is there a Mastodon FAQ about how to follow people in different Mastodon communities (I don't think that is the right terminology?). I have some addresses for people I want to follow who are on Mastodon (not on glammr) and I've been able to follow some but not others. I am so confused. Thank you. #help #mastodonfaq

Was ich bisher rauslesen konnte war das der Einsatz von vielen Relays zu einer Ansammlung von Daten führen kann. Gerade Bilder und Medien gönnen sich gerne ein wenig Speicher. Das mit den Suchmaschinen ist mir auch aufgefallen, das Netz ist aufgrund der aktuellen Twitter Panik voll mit Artikeln. #mastodonfaq #hilfemastodon

I want to follow 20 people who each toot twice a day and 8 people tooting 40 times/day. Result: 320/360= 89% of toots in my timeline are from my frequent-tooting followers; toots by rarely-tooting followers are swamped by the frequent-tooters.
Is there a filter that I can enable to subsample my "frequent-tooters"? For example, by a factor of 1/20 so that I get only 20*2 + 8*2 = 48 toots per day, balanced among my followees?
Does this have to be added to a #Mastodon wishlist?
