Heute habe ich die letzten der 32 Lesezeichen fertiggestellt. Jetzt werden noch 33 Page Overlays von Hand zugeschnitten und mit doppelseitigen Klebestreifen an der Innenkante versehen, damit die Autorin sie direkt quasi unsichtbar in ihre Bücher einkleben kann. 😍

Ich muss heute ein paar zusätzliche Ornamente plotten, da ich gestern haufenweise Verschnitt hatte. Leider schneidet der #Cricut teilweise nicht richtig, sodass sich die Motive nicht entgittern lassen. Woran das liegt, weiß ich nicht. Die Klinge kann es eigentlich nicht sein, denn andere Ornamente klappen plötzlich wieder. 🤷♀️ Hab sie gestern trotzdem mal gewechselt.

Made myself some +1 +1 counters for magic the gathering!
I drew out the larger purple one manually, but remembered I had a heart shaped hole punch hidden away unused from wedding prep for the other ones. They aren't quite as clear as they're smaller but they were much faster to make.

Read an article about the use of crochet and knitting to make messages during wwII. Made this attempt at morse code with crochet stiches. Have no idea if any morse code reader could interpret this, but it was a fun project :)

J'ai essayé le crochet, j'ai tenté le tricot "normal" mais vraiment, ça veut pas !
Par contre, depuis mes 8-10ans, j'ai passé des heures à faire des longs tricotins avec ma "bonne femme" tricotin que ma voisine du dessus m'avait donné !

Et l'autre jour, j'ai vu ce maxi lot de tricotins géants chez Emmaüs.
Naaaan je les prends pas ... Et ils ne me sont pas sortis de la tête alors j'y suis retournée et je les ai pris.J'ai qq pelotes de "laine" (je suis allergique à la laine animale +/- fort selon l'animal en question, donc je me contenterai de coton, acrylique et cie) qui traînent donc dans mon bazar créatif.
Une ou deux vidéos sur YouTube et me voilà à tenter un bonnet !Et même s'il a qq défauts (dont un du au changement de crochet en cours de tricotinage) il est chouette ! 😁

Getting in just under the line (in my time zone) for #ArtJanuaryCalendar, day 1 (Happy New Year!)
These are some samples of cordage made from foraged plant materials. Honestly I forget what plants they are — I think the left and upper right might be dandelion stems, and the lower right might be Lomandra (a common Australian native grass that’s endemic to our region.)
