Massimo Dallamano's 1976 poliziottesco Colt 38 Special Squad concerns an elite four-man squad of motorcycle-riding cops and a personal vendetta between a cop and a gang boss. A stylish but very violent very dark movie with fine action scenes.

Massimo Dallamano's A Black Veil for Lisa (1968) is not quite a giallo. There's some Hitchcock influence, and some krimi traces. A very good stylish emotionally complex crime thriller with characters driven by their erotic obsessions.
