I've been making #warhammer #fantasy #skaven costumes in the 90s, and I loved making full body suits (fur, armor, foam) but haven't done so for a long time. I'd like to know how it's done today. Can also offer some propably outdated expertise.Attached some 90s creations from back in the day: -
Does anyone know a elastic material similar to or a modification of #Rubber #Latex that is better resistant to degradation from wetness; sun-UV and ozone?
Must be able to glue easy and strong (Silicone does not work for this reason)
It should be used to mold things like #Dragon #Costume scales; sleeve and skinike parts and perhaps later full #MaskMaking

It took 3 days of drying, but my latex cast of Arlecchino finally came out. Just waiting for the extremities to completely dry before I cut and paint it. Do we like?

One of the things I do for my photographic artwork is to make the masks and other props for the figures in them.
This one is made from a blank Venetian mask, which I've covered with bits of tree bark and some moss, then darkened around the eye and mouth holes with black paint.
