Does the #manga for #mashle ever get into what Lemon's personal magic is? Pretty sure it never showed up in the #anime.
Great show, but it is a really stark example of a writer going "I don't even know what a woman is tbh". The best-written female character in the show is the unnamed(?) announcer for the S2 coliseum arc, and the second-best-written one is literally named "Love Cute".

The Mashle anime is almost embarrassingly good considering the premise of "Harry Potter but anime and parody".
It's a comedy series, yet the fights, drama, and character arcs are top-shelf shonen.
Mashle will fight injustice...with his fist. 👊

I rate this...arc? even higher than the similar one in #Mashle, and I was very impressed with that one. Mashle is a comedy but a lot of the characters, motivations, and messages are way above what you'd expect.
If you're one of those "I loved Harry Potter but Terf Lady..." types, I recommend supplanting HP with Mashle Might And Magic. It is basically "Hogwarts if the writer didn't suck".

Aprendiendo de mis errores pasados de mi anterior reseña, no he sido tan vago con cómo he puesto la imagen ya que estaba rompiendo lo que estaba haciendo con el formato de imagen. Me pasa por ir a prisas mientras hago mogollón de cosas, me deprimo o lo que sea. Eso sí, ahora estoy importando mis drafts desde LibreOffice y voy a copiar el cómo he metido las imágenes en las primeras reviews para que no se ralle con la cosa adaptativa.[Imágenes desordenadas en Masto, pero son las subidas en cada mini-reseña pero sin el alt, sorry!]

CW: Manga Spoilers - Mashle: Magic and Muscles, Final Chapter (162)
Mashle: Magic and Muscles - Mash changed the world. After being selected to be the next Divine Visionary...Mash rejected it. He didn't even reject it in person, he just sent a letter, requested Lance get it. It was a very Mash thing to do.
The rest of the chapter flashes forward to Mash's cream puff shop. Everyone slowly comes into the shop and it is such a cute, fitting finale.
It has been a while since a series ended on such a fitting note as Mashle.
I will miss this series, but I loved the ending.

And again.
And again.
It's beautiful seeing the many ways Mash keeps beating Innocent Zero. As in literally. The chapter ends with another amazing body slam.
You love to see it.

In some cases, the whole "enemies now come to help you out" trope falls flat, but for me - it works here.
A core part of Mash's character is that him working without magic & keeping up with everyone; protecting even his enemies; displaying love / compassion - these keep impacting everyone around him. It has been central to both his character and the entire story to date.
So, his enemies coming to help him save the world is a natural progression that I'm here for.

Mashle: Magic and Muscles - Mash is trying to get in close to Innocent Zero. But each attempt gets thwarted. Mash goes back and forth trying. He's okay and has been able to take the brunt of the attack to protect everyone else, but he just can't get in close enough.
Suddenly - a collection of former rivals / enemies arrive on the scene at the end of the chapter to help. They're going to try to distract Innocent Zero so Mash can get in close.

Mashle: Magic and Muscles - Innocent Zero fully reveals their new, "god-like" form. They use long, dramatic words to tell the people to bow before their might.
Mash then deadpan asks IZ to use smaller words.
The chapter ends with Innocent Zero acting like they can stop anything, even as Mash keeps deflecting everything thrown at him.
Then again, IZ says its over at the end of the chapter. So, we know it isn't.
