- Höhere Geschwindigkeit
- Intensivere Trainingseinheiten
- Reaktion und Körperverständnis sind mehr gefordert.

SF Bay Area folks: all classes at my aikido dojo, the Aiki Arts Center in Berkeley will be free for new and returning students throughout the whole month of January!
If you've been meaning to start exploring aikido (or get back to it), this is the perfect opportunity.
Please spread the word!
