today is the 71st birthday of Martha Wash
originally finding success as one of The Weather Girls (of It's Raining Men fame), as disco evolved into house in the 80s, she went with it. she had a number of 90s hits, including with Black Box - and this one with Jocelyn Brown and Todd Terry:
