Good gods Apple! So, it's film week. That's why it's been quiet on the #marschine front. I do have them made and ready to post, so when I get some time, I will. But good gods why did they have to make importing video files more time consuming? it used to be, you go to file, movie, then import there, but now you have to enable global tracks, and add movie in the tracks legend thing, , then either do as before to get your movie in, or there's a popup button there that you can add your movie from.

Swelling bass on quarter notes, slow and steady. The pluck carries the melody and in the hooks a distant square synth guides it, a short pulsy synth nudging alongside. A high-vibrato piano synth shimmers over the top. Neon lights flashing all around you in time to the beat. You're the only one here.

#marschine 07 They Flipped the Call, featuring @FreakyFwoof and @raywonder on the sample chop, which is a derivative of the Nokia ringtone. The iconic Nokia tune is based on a 19th-century guitar piece by Francisco Tárrega. Nokia licensed it in 1994, and it debuted on the Nokia 2110. By the late ‘90s, it was the world’s most-heard melody, ringing billions of times daily. Now it will ring in your head all day.
