I seek out certain destinations that fill this desire of mine to seek out God's beautify of this land.
It actually wasn't too long ago where I can recall first hearing of this place. It is said to be the most photographed view in all of Colorado.

In this image I really like how the forest just seems to draw my eye deeper and deeper in the photo. It just makes me want to keep searching deeper into the image. This was captured up in the Maroon Bells outside of Aspen Colorado during the fall color season.

Loved my time out in Colorado. Driving across the state and over the Rocky Mountains from Denver to Aspen.
My wife and I were able to get a good hike in around the Maroon Bells. We hit the prime colors season for the area. What a treat.

Loved my time out in Colorado. Driving across the state and over the Rocky Mountains from Denver to Aspen.
My wife and I were able to get a good hike in around the Maroon Bells. We hit the prime colors season for the area. What a treat.

Aspen Stand
This image was captured while hiking the Maroon Bells area outside Aspen Colorado. The Maroon Bells in the autumn was sort of one of my bucket list items. I found my opportunity and I was not one bit disappointed.
This stand of Aspens was located halfway up the slope of the Elk Mountains. I played with a square crop and really liked the results.
