I'm watching the CBC coverage of the so-called trade dispute.
Methinks it's a bit of a faux fight between Trump & Carney. Their mutual goal is to prime their respective populations for cuts in social services, lower taxes for the rich, gutted concern for the environment, increased acceptance of militarisation, and lack of concern for international law.
Not sure about Trump, but Carney seems quite successful.
