@dyckron #MarkCarney's concessions haven't gotten us anywhere. What we need to do is to look for chips that we are prepared to use in negotiations, ideally ones that benefit us (unlike countervailing tariffs).
I've previously suggested that we drop the copyright term back down to pre-CUSMA levels.
