Carney is starting to knuckle under to pressure from business. There had originally been about 900 items on the tariff list. But now they've removed fish and seafood items from it. So there's now 648 items on the list of tariffs for September 8.
Maine was one of the swing states that was being targeted by tariffs of seafood and fish. No more, it seems.

I care because #MarkCarney misled us about the #GordieHoweBridge deal; I want to know that he's telling the truth now. And I want to know what he found acceptable in the deal from last Tuesday, and what he found unacceptable in the deal from Friday.I know how I feel about the Trump Administration and what I heard about the deal last week. But I want to know facts; I don't want to have to trust my leaders blindly.
