A #tanker left #Iran for #Venezuela but never made it. On Dec 21 it turned away after the #USA started boarding tankers
It turned off its transponder, sent distress signals, changed its name (#Marinera/ #Bella1), changed its flag to #Russia
Russia sent a submarine and other vessels to intercept it
It was followed by #US #CoastGuard, and is being boarded right now off #Iceland
My question is: what the *** is on this tanker?

Earlier, several military aircraft were tracked over the North Atlantic heading towards the vessel around 200km south of Iceland, the #Marinera formerly known as Bella 1. Footage released by Russian media also appears to show a US vessel close to the ship
