Red layer

1.5lb ground beef
An onion
Bottle of #marinara
Fist full of #spinach
Pepper, lots of pepper

*Cook for a while

White layer

1.5 pounds of #Mozzarella
1 pound #Ricotta
Smashed and chopped #garlic
#Basil, #Rosemary, #Oregano, #Thyme

*Don't cook

Red layer, pasta, white layer, pasta, red layer, aluminum foil

*cook till hungry.

Is that what others do? Also are there ever the correct number of noodles in the box?

I'm cooking a few gallons of marinara sauce this morning and just want to say that whoever figured out how to blanch tomatoes was an absolute genius and I am so grateful!
