Hoy quiero compartirles un poco de sabiduría antigua que, como muchas cosas en la vida, a menudo pasamos por alto: el poder humilde pero persistente de la #Manzanilla ( Matricaria chamomilla).
Muchos la consideran la "reina indiscutida de las hierbas". Y con razón. Su uso se remonta a miles de años, y la ciencia moderna ha corroborado muchas de las propiedades que nuestros ancestros ya conocían por pura observación y tradición. La Organización Mundial de la Salud (OMS) reconoce el valor de la herbolaria, y la manzanilla es un ejemplo perfecto de por qué.
Aquí va un tip sencillo pero muy efectivo:
El Tip para una Noche de Paz:
Si sufres de insomnio ocasional o simplemente tienes una noche de esas en las que la mente no para de dar vueltas, olvídate de soluciones complicadas. Prepara una infusión de flores secas de manzanilla antes de dormir.
¿Por qué funciona? Contiene apigenina, un antioxidante que se une a receptores específicos en el cerebro que pueden disminuir la ansiedad y ayudar a iniciar el sueño.
¿Cómo hacerlo bien? Usa una cucharada de flores secas por taza de agua caliente. Tápala y deja reposar unos 5-10 minutos (taparla es clave para que no se evaporen los aceites esenciales).
El toque extra: Tómala con calma, media hora antes de acostarte. Aprovecha ese momento para meditar sobre tu día, agradecer o simplemente respirar profundamente.
Es un remedio natural, verificado por la tradición y con sustento en estudios, que te conecta con la tierra y te ayuda a encontrar esa paz interior necesaria para un buen descanso.
