Frightening. 🙀 Two smart people very much taken in & manipulated & not in a good way. Nothing in common except maybe loneliness; & the first guy’s cat died (sounded like he had no one to talk to about his feelings about that; quite common in our society - no one wants to know about your grief, few have mastered the art of just listening & letting you be sad… gross overstatement, but covers some truth). 😿Elon Musk’s X or whatever bit of his empire runs the Grok version of ‘AI LLM agentic thing pretending to be nearly a person’ never responded to enquiries (in their rude & usual arrogance). 😡
The researcher & reporter ask what are the harms with more subtle cases? 🤔 Feel like we all want to know that… are we in mind control experiments if we use these things… 🤔
