The protagonist has prosopagnosia, and is struggling to tell apart the classmates she has just met in high school.
A distinctive feature of the visual presentation in this manga is the skillful combination of characters' faces as seen from the reader's perspective and their uniform, featureless faces as seen from the protagonist's eyes, which offers us a simulated experience of her view.
The story realistically depicts her secret efforts to identify her classmates while developing their relationship.

New comic book : 道端葉のいる世界 (Day By Day With Michibata Yo) volume one.
The protagonist is a non-binary university student who has just enrolled in the philosophy department.
Yo experiences the limited understanding and awkward sincerity of the classmate they fell in love with, and befriends a queer student with overseas roots through the four-color flag patch. A philosophy lecturer introduces feminist philosophy and the epistemology of discrimination to the students, and his lab serves as a space where students discuss and practice otherness. (Actually a transgender philosopher from Osaka University supervises the work.)
The diverse array of characters is rendered with great delicacy, and the panel layouts are so refined.

It's been a while since I read any Frieren, but just got Volume 14 from the library recently, so had to jump into it over the weekend.

Great volume. We're in a continuing story of trying to protect Serie from would be assassins. We also learn more about the group of people trying to assassinate Serie.

It was a well done volume, ready to see what happens next. Whenever my library network gets Volume 15.

Volume 11 of this series continues to be low stakes and chill. This volume, Elda and her Miko visit Osaka for a festival ran by her fellow elf Yorde. It's a fire based festival and it rains, so they work together to make due.

Again, it's low stakes, slice of life of an elf being treated like a goddess who is a massive introvert. It's fun, silly, and a quick read.

Also, Elda saying she people'd too much cause she's such an introvert? I get it.

I am so invested in these characters and it's so much better than I expected it to be.

I've already got the last 3 volumes from the library already so I can read the entire story.

Also, Volume 2 hints that the late King and Jeanne's former friend, may have not been the cause of Jeanne's abuse and magic removal.
