Proprio un anno fa il Consiglio di Stato ha dato ragione all'#Uaar sul caso dei #crocifissi imposti negli uffici pubblici del Comune sardo di #Mandas. Nel 2009 il sindaco aveva emesso un'ordinanza clericale per far posizionare i simboli religiosi in tutti gli edifici pubblici, poi ritira furbescamente l'atto una volta messi i crocifissi. Ma l'Uaar aveva già fatto ricorso: nel 2017 il Tar della Sardegna lo respinge, però nel 2024 il Consiglio di Stato dà definitivamente ragione all'Uaar.
