I would like to say a big thank you to everyone who supported my #artwork #exhibition at The Hop Inn in #swindon

I’ve taken the pieces down today, and it’s great to see that my vinyl artwork continues to be so well received.

While my 3D mandalas offer a strong visual impact with a full spectrum of colours, they remain quite niche and perhaps less suited to brighter spaces.

I am fascinated by these! Many of them remind me of #Mandalas, in the #Buddhist tradition "As a meditation on impermanence, after days or weeks of creating the intricate pattern of a sand mandala, the sand is brushed together into a pile and spilled into a body of running water to spread the blessings of the mandala."

Die hier geposteten Gedichte 📝 entstehen innerhalb von einigen Minuten. Es ist einfach schön den Tag mit etwas Positivem 😁 zu beginnen oder zumindest danach zu suchen. Ich trinke meinen Milchkaffee ☕ und reihe einige Worte einander. Manchmal gelingt es mehr, mal weniger gut. Das ist okay. Die Themen sind entstehen durch das, was mich am Tag beschäftigt oder angeregt von Einträgen von anderen. Bitte nicht durch die Gedichtform einschüchtern lassen: Ein Austausch über die Inhalte der Gedichte ist gern erwünscht.

Passend zu den Gedichten, suche ich oft eine Zeichnung 🎨
Comic-Strichmännchen 🖌 raus. Diese Zeichnungen entstehen nicht am Morgen, sondern werden nur passend rausgesucht. Sind aber alles meine Werke. Während mir das Schreiben leicht fällt, bin ich leider ein recht mieser Zeichner. Das, was ich per Hand zeichne, ist meist nicht das, was ich können möchte. Gerade der Umstand, dass es mir schwer fällt reizt mich, weil man dann noch viel lernen kann. 🤓 Da ist noch viel Raum, um sich selbst zu entdecken.
Mandalas auf dem Tablet zu zeichnen fällt mir leichter, die gibt es auch ab und an. Ich hatte auch eine Weile lang viel fotografiert. Wenn die Lust darauf wieder kommt, werden auch Fotos gepostet.

Der Schwerpunkt meiner Einträge liegt von der Stimmung her eindeutig auf dem Postivem: Aufmunternd 😉, #Hoffnung machend, Lebensfreude suchend. #Achtsamkeit, #Selbstfürsorge 🤗. Liegt einfach dran, dass ich schon soooo viele miesgelaunte Gedichte geschrieben habe, dass es mir überdrüssig wurde. Das war eine lange Zeit wichtig für mich, aber jetzt ist einfach eine andere Zeit.

Ich habe selbst eine komplexe posttraumatische Belastungsstörung (#kPTBS) und bin #pflegendeAngehörige von kPTBS. Der Alltag ist also nicht gerade einfach. Von daher gibt es auch ab und an Alltagseinträge zum Jammern.
