    Had a pretty good Sunday. 🚴‍♀️

    I rode to #Antipolo. But not to the crazy high altitudes that serious #cyclists climb to. I only went as far as #Mambugan.

    Stopped at McDonald's for a water break + 10-min rest. Went as far as the weird castle, then chickened out and turned back to return to my home city where I had a proper #Filipino #breakfast. Then took my bike for a wash. 💦

    Crazy thing. Maximum heart rate was 192 bpm. 😳 Not good. Must strain less next time. 🫣 #bikes #cycling #Philippines

    Went riding with the big boys again.

    but I decided I'd only ride up to #Cainta maps.app.goo.gl/S5PvSw77jiYk32 and they were fine with that.

    They went flying 🚴🚴💨 😳 as usual, with a couple of guys going at a chill pace so I don't get left behind all by myself. Really grateful for that. 🙏
