When I'm feeling down, #listeningtomusic or #makingmusic, alongside #meditation or spending #timeinnature (with or without other beings), is the best way to help me out of #temporary #depression. I am so happy that I don't just have one #passion like this in my #life. Because time and again, I meet #lovelyhumans who don't know such #joy in their life (or such a reliable tool to go back to their balance). #music #musiclibrary #musicproduction
