@NWSL love this. i was going to make a post almost exactly like this except for a different skill.
pregame barcenas walked onto the field dribbbling the ball so it wouldn't touch the ground as she walked along the sideline. did about a dozen or more kicks before lobbing it up into the air.
later during the game she was in almost the exact same spot, surrounded by defense, and dribbled the ball a couple of times to keep it in bound then lobbed it back to mccaskill.
not shown in the video was mccaskill coming back and praising barcenas for it.

@sandiegowavefc gee whiz. what fitting end to an utterly crap season. had just upgraded our seats for this game too, to see if we wanted to upgrade our season tix seats for next year.
also, cancelling the last game of the season, which was supposed to be "fan appreciation" night (with a much anticipated jersey give-away), is some serious FU energy.
last, a lot of us were eager to see taylor flynn back in town.
and really last, next year we add in the MLS playing on the same field. sweet.
