I specifically bought these two bottles of rum to make a two-rum blend for my Hawaiian* Mai Tais, but once I got making them, I couldn't resist adding a smidge of OFTD and Clèment Vieux Agricole. They were amazing, but I forgot to add the cherry and pineapple garnishes I had prepared. 😞

* For the Hawaiian Mai Tais, I used pineapple juice acid-adjusted to approximate the tartness of lime.

Started with a quick #MaiTai (Plantation Xaymaca & P.F. Dry Curaçao) after a lot of mis en place prep for Phat Si Ew from the Pok Pok cookbook.
Nearly blew my head off with a little extra Phrik Phon Khua (toasted chili flake) freshly made, and way hotter than the old batch.
Followed dinner with a Buccaneer’s Buoy from the PDT app.
