    My Tai!
Like a #MaiTai only with homemade kumquat&orange liqueur and mid-East store Almond syrup bottle that I've spiked with orange blossom water as orgeat stand in. Probitas + Smith Cross #rum ; garden mint and lime juice kindly squeezed by kid2. I feel much better now!

And big h/t to @jhv for the mastofax 🙏🏽

  11. Started with a quick #MaiTai (Plantation Xaymaca & P.F. Dry Curaçao) after a lot of mis en place prep for Phat Si Ew from the Pok Pok cookbook.
Nearly blew my head off with a little extra Phrik Phon Khua (toasted chili flake) freshly made, and way hotter than the old batch.
Followed dinner with a Buccaneer’s Buoy from the PDT app.
