Does anybody know how this "wavy" technique (photo 3/4) was called/made:
edit: Image search showed me "Victorian hexagons". I found originals from the 1920/50s but it may be much older.

Wie die Sehnsucht wuchs, dass die #Hühner endlich wieder im Freien Frisches bekamen. Die "Büchwehflasch" nach zuviel Fettgebackenem ... später der Hunger nach frischen Kräutern, um den Körper zu reinigen.

🧵 #MardiGras: das große Aufräumen auf dem Land, bevor die Tiere wieder draußen weiden und fressen konnten und die Menschen sich nach fettreicher Winterernährung innerlich reinigten. Es ging den Eiervorräten und dem Schweineschmalz an den Kragen, mit #Crepes oder #Beignets (Fettgebackenes), je nach Region.
Wenn ich in der #MaisonRurale erzähle, wie die Leute die bösen Wintergeister vertrieben und die lange haltbar gemachten Eier nutzten, habe ich ab und zu noch Besucher*innen, die
