Ah, I think a more core problem is #mairikkka: partisan governors corrupt each state's electoral process so profoundly, wayyyyy before voting day, ballot counting and reporting.
That country has never been a democracy.
And once I did a search of other countries that acted the same way, and didn't have their own http://elections.ca. The list is one no one wants to be on. #mairikkka is.
