I just phoned my Secy of State's office to ask about what happens if I don't receive my mail-in ballot (I usually do get one). In that case, when I go to vote at the polls, will I get a provisional ballot? They're usually just tossed and not counted.
I was told I would get a normal ballot. When they have a record of me not receiving my ballot, my one vote at the polls will count. But what if their record of my mail ballot is that I DID get it? Hmm...
