Don't see enough people mentioning this point about #DonaldTrump's #SupremeCourt #midtermelections2026 #MailInBallot debacle, whatever happens in court the POTUS may still order the #USPS to break the law to block your ballot & they might comply because they're postal workers not lawyers. Track your ballot online if you can!!!

There are other places to drop of mail in ballots besides the post office. Usually a central location like the courthouse and various other secure dropoffs. Check with your local government to find out where.
Internationally located voters and military station abroad are going to have problems. At this point, as hostile as the post office administration is, I dont trust it.

USPS will be requiring states to turn over at least part of their voter roles in a Mail-In and Absentee Participation List. This is part of the Trump administrations ongoing attempts to prevent free and fair elections. These rule changes must be protested. #Elections #Voting #MailInBallot #US

Early voting appears to be working just fine in New Mexico.
This morning, around 8AM I dropped my mail-in ballot envelope in the drop box outside the Otero county clerk's office.
The 6PM early/absentee voting *report shows that the ballot was received/accepted/processed.

Please boost! 59 pages (Thousands!) of #Philadelphia mail-in ballots that will NOT be counted unless cured by the voter. Note: Pennsylvania has new strict rules for its mail-in ballots which include tossing a ballot if it isn’t dated. (Guess which party pushed for these rules?)

I read that in Arizona the fire was set in a US Postal Service Mail Box in which there were a number of mailed ballots.
I’d think firebombing a USPS mail box gonna be a pretty serious crime.

A provisional ballot is one that is not counted unless your original ballot doesn't show up. (If the original does show up, then the provisional is discarded.) We have to deal with this regularly, as there are voters who ballots get mangled or otherwise rendered unusable that they surrender to us at the polling place, fill out an affidavit that their ballot was destroyed, and then cast a provisional ballot.

Oregon folks - If you dropped in an early ballot in one of these boxes, there should be some tracking information that will indicate that the ballot was not received in a timely manner. Check in with your local election authorities to see how you can vote provisionally, if local criminals will be lighting these drop boxes on fire.

I live in Colorado. We have had mail-in voting for over a decade. It works great. I got an email update when the county received my ballot, and one today when it was counted. The only voter fraud I have seen reported and prosecuted in the state came from GOP voters.

Yippeee skippy I got my mail in ballot today! As a disabled person voting by mail means I can vote even if I don't have the stamina to travel and stand in a long line in a bright noisy place then be slow and annoy folks behind me. I can even get tracking updates after I return my ballot. It's a pretty smooth safe groovy system overall. Everybody should be able to vote by mail.
