Update: #Substack finally responded to my complaint and said it was definitely against their rules for any of their customers to subscribe me without my consent and they were looking into #JaimeHarrison's sending practices. They also offered to purge my data from their system, which I took them up on (whether they actually did it, I have no idea).
I have no idea whether it's a coincidence that they finally got back to me a few hours after I raised a complaint about them with #MailGun.

Four days later, I have not received a response from #Substack to the spam complaint I submitted to them, and #JaimeHarrison just spammed me again through Substack.
So I've now escalated and sent a complaint about Substack to #MailGun.
We shall see what happens next.
