🦞™️ Dear Friends of TM and Raid Marks, 🏴

Just ice been doing my mostly #Buddhist #Meditation, mostly Vipassana (nose watching) and some chanting/coughing.

As an ascetic, stoIC AND shouting Zennith, I practice:

- Walking meditation
- #pranayama
- standing meditation from #Taoism

...and most of all #Mahamudra/#Dzogchen and sorta Soto Zen

I also practice #mudra meditation as used by #Shinobi and Opticians/occultists

Fortunately using tik-tak, instascram and playing games is not part of my AI (Actual Intel) and Personal Way
