@emilymbender how many other people are there who are believing this and get not educated by life? In my professional environment, I am surrounded by IT professionals of all kind who are believing that #LLMs are this and that and can work as #magicbox for any computational task. And if somebody tries to explain them what #LLMs are for real they don’t care. They want to be part of the #aihype, they want to be small Sam Altmans. They are dreaming of power and importance.

When doing mental health work on trauma, it's always a good idea to do centering and grounding (know where your body is and isn't, and feed excess emotions to the earth, where they can be absorbed).
It's also a good idea to work with a therapist if you can afford it, or at least with a truly supportive friend, and to have a "magic box"
A #MagicBox is a mental construct of a safe and cozy place to put scary emotions until you're ready to deal with them. Safe and warm.
