What is the band plan for FT4 on 6 meters?
Here in Michigan I am decoding and hearing stations in Florida on FT4 on 50.240 (and up from that to 50.242+). I'm using an AirSPY HF+, YouLoop antenna, OpenWebRX+, Pi 400.
My first time copying FT4 on any band, audio sounds like FT8 except twice the rate.
Stations heard include #KM4CRZ (Ocala FL) coming in very strong.

Radio Propagation
With one day to the summer solstice, we've almost reached the theoretical peak for sporadic-E in the northern hemisphere. Since upper-air weather plays a part in sporadic-E formation, the actual activity peak won't normally coincide with the theoretical peak.
This year it coincides with a weekend and a couple of 6m activity contests, so the bands will be rammers from around 15h UT today.
This is the current 6m to 2m situation over Europe. FM band 2 and 144 MHz are enjoying strong Es conditions over the south and south-east.

I’ll be camping in West Virginia in EM97 this week. Going to try to work the #MagicBand with this “thrift store” ham stick dipole and a QMX+.
Is #WestVirginia rare in others’ logs? I hadn’t been able to get it in my last 1.5 years as a Technician.

The other issue with that location is that it's in an already narrow corridor, so having people stopping and standing to watch creates even more of a congestion point. One of the locations for the new #MagicBand #MagicBandPlus interactions for #Disneyland70 is in #Fantasyland . There are five activations with accompanying audio and visual. However, unlike the other locations and contrary to what's stated in the #Disneyland app, there is no souvenir printout at this location, unlike the other three active locations. Odd. I guess they couldn't figure out a way to make it work to dispense something when there are five activations? #MagicBands #Disneyland 1/2

Opinions on 6m antennas of the omnidirectional varieties? No rotator available. No "tower" but could possibly mount on a 10-ft. eaves mount that currently holds a vertical. Primarily CW, Digi and SSB in that order. Not much FM at all. Remember, I'm in Iowa, so not exactly a center of 6m activity! #magicband #hamradio #antenna

Mali station TZ4AM is strong into the UK on 6m 50.110 MHZ USB this lunchtime via sporadic-E. Far more interesting than FT8!
