Ok, gut.
Rechtsprofessor Christoph Safferling hingegen findet das nicht, aber er verstolpert sich im selben Atemzug, denn er sagt, dass das Schiff einerseits gar nicht nennenswert Hilfsgüter transportiert hätte (wer entscheidet das?) und deswegen gestoppt werden durfte. Direkt danach sagt er aber andererseits, dass der Sinn einer legalen Blockade nur eine Verhinderung von Waffenschmuggel nach #Gaza sein kann.
Die #Madleen hatte aber keine Waffen an Bord und das behauptet nicht einmal #Israel, insofern kann nach seiner eigenen #Logik die „Umleitung“ des Schiffes und der Besatzung nur eine unrechtmäßige #Entführung gewesen sein. Denn wenn die Entführung keinen „militärischen Gewinn“ versprach, war sie folglich unverhältnismäßig.
