So here are the Mac #shenanigans I am getting into:
1) Swap out 128gig ssd to 480gig in 2011 #MacBookPro
2) Restore backup of #MacOSXsnowleopard
3) Set up partition to dual boot, hopefully, #macOSMonterey

While also:
4) Do fresh install of #macOSMavericks to the 2013 MBP
5) partition drive to dual boot Monterey.

Then I will have some old and “newish” OS to play around with both MBP

Po wydaniu wersji kandydujących iOS i innych systemów operacyjnych w tym tygodniu, Apple udostępniło testerom macOS 14.5 RC. Ta wersja może być tym, co zostanie dostarczone, gdy ostateczna wersja dotrze do klientów.

macOS Sonoma 14.5 zawiera następujące ulepszenia i poprawki błędów:

• Quartiles to nowa i oryginalna codzienna gra słowna, która jest teraz dostępna w Apple News+.
• Tablica wyników w News+ Puzzles daje dostęp do nowych danych graczy w Crossword, Mini Crossword i Quartiles, w tym statystyk i pasm.
• Niektóre funkcje mogą nie być dostępne we wszystkich regionach lub na wszystkich urządzeniach Apple.

macOS 14.5 powinien być dostępny dla wszystkich w ciągu kilku dni. Apple testuje również macOS Monterey 12.7.5.

Według Apple aktualizacja do macOS Monterey zawiera „ważne poprawki bezpieczeństwa i jest zalecana dla wszystkich użytkowników”.

Wersje RC – iOS 17.5, iPadOS 17.5, tvOS 17.5, watchOS 10.5, macOS Sonoma 14.5 oraz visionOS 1.2
