Played some games on Monday. We kicked the year off with some lighter stuff. I think we were all still recovering from the holidays.

#PandaRoyale has become a favorite of mine. What's more fun than rolling a fistful of dice?

I bought #Ink for my wife on a whim. I saw the artsy theme and the cute little bottles and knew she needed it. It's a tight little abstract game with some satisfying tile laying. We like it!

I requested we play #MachiKoro2. I had only played it once. After playing other similar games, I can comfortably say it's pretty mediocre. I wish the artwork could represent the actions better. The game gets a little bogged down towards the end when everyone is trying to read all their powers as to not miss anything.

We ended the night with #Babylon. I suck at this game. But it looks pretty.

Got a chance to play #machikoro2 the other day. If you are familiar with the first one (and expansions), you will be happy to know that this new version is great fun.
