Taking a look at Zig because Go and Rust don't seem to be grabbing my interest: https://ziglang.org/learn/overview/
Specifically looking at the Mach game engine: https://machengine.org/
OMG the compiler is fast!
Not a fan of anyzig existing though, and requiring specific compiler versions for Mach at least. But it's an early language, hopefully that nonsense will go away as it matures.
