"Freiburger Bündnis gegen Antisemitismus zu Ausschlussforderungen gegen Maccabi-Fans
Im Vorfeld zum Fußballspiel zwischen SC Freiburg und Maccabi Tel Aviv wurde viel darüber diskutiert. Ein sich palästinasolidarisch positionierendes Bündnis forderte sogar den Ausschluss aller Fans des israelischen Fußballclubs und rief außerdem zu einer Demonstration gegen Maccabi Tel Aviv auf. Zum Zeitpunkt des Interviews zu diesem Radio-Beitrag war es bereits klar, dass das Fußballspiel ohne den Ausschluss von Maccabi-Fans stattfinden wird. Allerdings boykottierte der Großteil der organisierten Fanszene Freiburgs das Spiel am nächsten Tag. In einer Erklärung begründeten mehrere Ultragruppierungen dies mit den verschärften Sicherheitsvorkehrungen. Sie sprachen sich außerdem gegen eine "politische Instrumentalisierung" ihrer Entscheidung aus.

Het is onbestaanbaar dat het sturen van die vliegtuigen 'iets' kon oplossen in wat er aan de hand was.
Achteraf kun je zeggen dat daarmee schuldigen aan de rellen konden ontsnappen. -

Three reasons, according to this insightful #football piece:
1) Ignorance. ‘People just don’t make the connection, or know this thing is happening. … You can ignore it, or see it as someone else’s problem.’
2) Political ideology. ‘There is a heavily codified set of beliefs out there that only faces one way. A lot of people simply despise #israel. Gravity points that way. The hive mind is powerful. …’

Ik ben geen jurist, dus ga ik hier verder niet op in. Wat ik wel opmerkelijk vind is dit:
"De rechter lichtte toe dat voor vrijwel alle vergrijpen meestal een taakstraf wordt opgelegd. Maar in dit geval vond de rechter dat vanwege de "ernst van de feiten en de context waarin die gepleegd zijn" niet passend."
De rechter laat zich dus leiden door een context. De context lijkt mij duidelijk. Namelijk dat #Halsema en consorten er voor hadden gekozen Zionistische #hooligans, waaronder vele oorlogsmisdadigers, medeverantwoordelijk voor de grootste #genocide van onze tijd, toegang tot #Amsterdam te geven. Resultaat waren extreem racistische spreekkoren, angstaanjagende intimidatie van Amsterdammers, mishandeling van #taxichauffeurs, grootschalige vernielingen en mishandeling van #moslims!
