Three ingredient, one-pot stovetop mac & cheese! So! Easy! And so good. Not the best I've ever had but still very good. The good-to-easy ratio is excellent.

Oh yeah - #MacAndCheese is such a great one. And almost a universe unto itself, like chili, or pizza....
I went through a Mac&Chees phase, lots of amazing recipes, baked/stovetop, but for speed & convenience I still fall back on the stuff in a box (Kraft or similar), but add garlic, Italian seasoning (quite a bit), whatever bits of cheese left in the fridge + lots of parmesean & use half/half or even full cream... serve with any green vegetable....

With 22 straight hours of snow, we're up to 9" now, and it's still coming down! Working dinner for me: mac & cheese and adobo rice paired with a fine assortment of Skittles water mixes. Before I was vegan, I didn't really think about #MacNCheese, but now that I'm vegan, finding a good, #PlantBased mac'n'cheese just gives me a deeper appreciation for the dish.
