Oh yeah - #MacAndCheese is such a great one. And almost a universe unto itself, like chili, or pizza....
I went through a Mac&Chees phase, lots of amazing recipes, baked/stovetop, but for speed & convenience I still fall back on the stuff in a box (Kraft or similar), but add garlic, Italian seasoning (quite a bit), whatever bits of cheese left in the fridge + lots of parmesean & use half/half or even full cream... serve with any green vegetable....
