So my two choirs have been cancelled this week in #Nantes #LVAN was meant to start up on Wednesday with a pre-rentrée session (It's from Sept - Jan) currently meant to be 41C tomorrow night .. hence it was cancelled .. I was looking forward to hearing the 5 or so songs we'll sing at Christmas .. but that temperature ... it's like having a bath when you're out and about in it

I've got to admit ... I wasn't a huge fan of joining a #choir but I'm glad I did last year for #LVAN .. as a result I ended up following our choir director? (French sounds so much nicer chef de chœur) to another choir she has and even though I've missed a number of sessions it's a lot of fun. Of course if you don't like singing then it'd not be for you but anyways :) We're going to have another 3 or 4 concerts and one day where we're going to be all over the place singing :o

Just back from #choir / #chorale practice tonight ... not the greatest photo (the best camera is the one you have with you) but I do think it's kinda pretty and that our choir meets there and we've got the place to ourselves makes it kinda cool :D #LVAN #Nantes #photography

I kinda love the muscle memory you end up having when you learn to sing a song .. (Joining #LVAN Winter choir probably helps a bit with the voice) ... no matter the issues you've got when first singing it your vocal folds just seem to respond when you go back to it ... don't think I've sang this in months #singing #cover #MicChristopher #HeyDay Snippet of Mic Christopher's Hey Day ... and now I've got to run away to the office!
