Luxo Jr’s 40th Birthday
On this day, 40 Years Ago, Luxo Jr was released to the public!
Originally being shown at a Festival in 1986, the short was eventually re-released in 1999 with Toy Story 2.
You can watch the Short Film on Disney+ or if you have a Copy of Toy Story 2 on DVD, the short is one of the DVD’s Bonus Features!

but #Pixar was built on their short films, and they have so many amazing ones, that it seems a shame that even in a big celebration like this, they get ignored.
