    .lu, like most TLDs, use #anycast so there are actually hundreds of machines to serve #DNS queries.

    Make sure you have a solid DNS setup because everything depends on it.

    And connect to Internet exchange points.

    (Note: DNS hosting at Cloudflare was working during yesterday's outage.)
