(And as I've said before, today is not #LunarNewYear, because the Chinese calendar is not lunar, it's #lunisolar. It's also not the only calendar that ties the months to the phases of the #moon).

To mark the new year, tomorrow our family is going to have Char Siu (Chinese BBQ pork), a bacon and scallion stir fry, and a Chinese cucumber salad, and also probably watch an Asian film of some sort. (It might just end up being Everything Everywhere All At Once, which is close enough 🤪 )
