• instead of smelling like brimstone or sulfur like you'd probably expect from a demon, he has a scent like bouncy-sweet faux cherries! this scent doubles as a mild pheromone.
• the hanging hair danglies are actually gradiented locs! thought it'd bring an interesting design aspect, plus it takes up more torso space!!

HELLBORN VS HUMAN-TURNED:

• while human-turned typically have natural shades of flesh, hellborn lust demons always have an unnatural tint to their skin - in cereza's case, it's a cute reddish-pink!
• hellborn have black/coloured sclera, human-turned always have white sclera. pupils can be whatever colour~
• the matte black material on cereza's skin is actually organic in nature! human-born typically don't have such extreme patterns.
• as you can see, hellborn 'cubi tend to dress light, mostly for convenience and temp regulation. can you fucking imagine having to take off layers upon layers upon layers in the UNDERWORLD? FUCK THAT. IT'S HOT AS HELL IN THIS FUCKIN' ASS HOT-ASS ROOM I'M IN. /ref

SUCCUBI VS INCUBI

• incubi have larger horns, succubi have larger wings!
• succubi are less fluffy! being a human-turned and Fully Clothed, lunaire isn't exactly a good example - but both hellborn sexes have soft wisps of fur around their shins and ankles. these are leftovers from the origins of lust demons, which were cloven and satyric!
• though it doesn't apply to all cases, incubi are typically on the taller side.

speaking of which i fucking LOVE the idea of sulk noticing her succubi aura when seeing her for the very first time (inside remi's eyes) and getting nervous because of the whole "running away from hellish duties" thing and expects her to drag him back to the infernals like most demons which outrank him would which isn't helped by remi internally fucking with him and wondering if he should ask her about it because sulk's been annoying recently

i'd figure both would keep their distance because as annoying as he is, remi still kept the necklace and doesn't wanna lose him and also is FAR from the most conversational guy in the world. it'd definitely have to be luna to approach him first, which ends up in a mid-conversational panic attack (remi finds it very hard to disengage from conversations) - horns painfully growing from his skull as sulk both scrambles to hide himself and also loses control from fear. remi's not doing great either, rushed transformations fucking HURT and he's feeling everything sulk is. and sulk is rarely if ever scared, which is frightening him even more.

unlike what both expected to happen, lunaire helps calm them down - using comforting words and a dose of sweet pheromones to ease him into a more relaxed state. she gets it, being an imp servant under a demonic prince isn't something she envies and fleeing the realm isn't such a crazy idea. it's clear that he much prefers the life he carved out for himself above ground. as far as his superior is concerned, he's another lost imp that's never to be found.

with the misunderstanding worked out, luna tells them her name with a enchanting smile and hands holding onto his own to stabilise him. hell of a first impression.
