(everyone is hale & healthy, hit a curb at a really unfortunate angle and at moderate speed on Thursday. got the car towed and patched up so we are back on the road, but damn)

We just got back the labwork confirming that Lumi remains bladder-infection-free, so obviously we are continuing with the “treatment”: doggybroth with salmon, beets & carrot; simple but enticing travel fare! 🍲 :collieBlueMerle:

I thought I was going to be leaving with one additional dog, but in reality my heart will be taking five of them. Ævör, Esja, Thyra — all magnificent, beautiful, loving souls in their own, very unique ways, and I will miss them with a heavy aching heart… :blobcatgooglycry:

This is the first time in oh-so-many years that a café came close to matching the quality of Fika's (https://europeancoffeetrip.com/cafe/fikaleibjakohv-tallinn/) matcha latte, super impressed.
Besides, the kitchen is amazing too, The Cuban (crispy brioche toastie with bacon & cheese on a bed of pickled cucumber mayo) was tasty, filling and beautifully plated.
Oh yeah and the coffee, too, is awesome :awesome:

Couple weeks ago we dropped by the Afterhero kennel day in Székesfehérvár. @lumi got to meet her breeder and two of her brothers¹, and the kennel has organized a bunch of fun activities and she even got a chance to try her paw at herding!²
