  5. Luminar Neo Disappoints

I’ve been a Lightroom Classic user since 2003. For over two decades, it’s been the foundation of my entire photographic workflow. So when I added Luminar Neo, it was only for one reason: AI-powered sharpening without abandoning Lightroom. The integration isn’t real.

  8. Mycena cyanorhiza growing on a dead tree bark covered in moss, likely the north side.
They’re so tiny and scattered you have to know where to look or it’s easy to miss ‘em. Sometimes they can develop blue hues, as from the name 😃

  9. Cute couple of Pluteus salicinus on a stick 🤣 They only grow on wood, poplar in this case, and they are #hallucinogenic if eaten raw.

  10. A jumping spider (f. Salticidae) in the North Woods of Central Park in late May. This particular one was being a picky eater. It would grab one bug, pause for a moment, then drop it. It repeated this behavior for about 20 minutes before it finally settled on one that it actually wanted to eat.

  15. An aphid of some sort. Note that this one extrudes white lacy stuff. That helps to disguise it, and also if something does try to eat it, they may end up with the extrusions rather than the aphid.
