Brazed up this 29ish frame front end
Started on the chainstays and dropouts
Honeycomb brass detail
It’ll be black and gold

Detour to cut the ply for the camping car
2m x 140 at the widest point
Obvs narrower at the feet
We’re both side sleepers normally
Wider at the top and longer than our usual tent camping setup

Much therapeutic cutting and filing of metal tubes yesterday

Mitre joints for seat tube bb, down tube bb, top tube/seat tube, and seat stays to dropouts

This is as much as possible before the frame jig comes and gets setup next week

This will be a trekking/commuter bike for my wife

Clearance for 29x2.1 or 700x45 with guards

Will get a Rockshox Paragon 65mm fork and a black and gold powder coat finish

(If it works out it’ll also have some brass adornments and some shiny gold parts)
