Drive in silence until I stop, pull out the phone, open the music app, find the song and play it manually.
No way this is an oversight, Apple just doesn’t fucking care plan and simple.

I never relied on it because my previous car was a swasticar Model SS and Teslas do not integrate with CarPlay and the car did what I needed it to do without it.
Now than I’m in a Lucid Air that has CarPlay, it can’t find my fucking music.
“Play <song> by <artist>” using Lucid assistant starts playing a karaoke version it finds on Tidal.

Ok, I thought #LucidMotors is funded by #Dubai, which would be questionable, at best, but I was wrong.
They're funded by #MohammedBinSalman (#MBS) as part of his 2030 campaign for #SaudiArabia, like #NEOM's #TheLine project, and many others.
So, even if I had the money, I couldn't buy the two #LucidAir models I lust after, the Grand Touring for every day use and road trips, and the Sapphire for going out on the town.
Poor ass #consumerist problems 😢

Erster Fahrbericht zum Lucid Air in den deutschen Medien, soweit ich weiß. Lucid wurde von einem der Chef-Entwickler des ersten Tesla Model S gegründet, mit dem Anspruch, jetzt alles nochmal von vorn und besser zu machen. Der Anspruch und auch die Preise liegen noch einmal eine Klasse höher als bei Teslas Model S.
