House Of Sleeping Beauties
1985 U.S. pressingA wonderful, #etheral and #ambient album from Hawaii-born Lucia Hwong; which is very Blade Runner-y in some spots, and very Last Emperor in others.
It’s got such a cool mystical and Oriental vibe to it, but also has a few brief moments of intensity.
I’m not exactly where or when I got this; I’m guessing from some road trip somewhere in the states, or maybe when I was on tour? Because I certainly didn’t get it here.
Again, probably not a record for the general music listener, but I enjoy it a great deal.
